Go on our website www.synthax.de and fill out the repair form in the support section. After sending you will receive an RMA-Number via E-Mail. Print this document and send it together with he broken cable and the original bill to Synthax GmbH.
Once we receive your package, it usually takes about a week to get you a new cable - it's as easy as that.
